Dundalk Lion's Club at Your Service.
Dundalk Lions – At your service – Declan Dempsey, John Hennessy, Hugh McKitterick and Tadgh O’Sullivan.

The motto of the members of Dundalk Lions Club is ‘we serve’.  With that in mind, Dundalk Lions began broadcasting the programme ‘ Dundalk Lions – At Your Service’ at the end of March 2015.  The programme contains segments such as ‘Talking Newspapers’ where the Lion Members read from the local newspapers especially for the visually impaired.

The programme also contains special requests from the weekly bingo session held by the Lions every Wednesday evening at 8 pm in the Clan na Gael Hall on the Ecco Road.

On Thursday 2nd April 2015 the Dundalk Lion’s in association with Dundalk FM ran a coffee morning. We received 120 mobile phones and some people left in a donation. Thanks to the Home Bakery for the fantastic buns and cakes, we would also like to thank Marion and all the staff of the Community Offices, for keeping us supplied with coffee and tea. If you still would like to donate your old mobile phones to this great cause, you can leave them into Dundalk FM studio’s.
